Equally attractive unclipped dust-jacket , ($24.95), is fresh and bright no creases, chipping or tears. Signed by Cook on the half-title page. Also, laid in is a TLS, signed by then US Senator Orrin Hatch, (R-Utah), on his letter head, presenting the book to House member, David Dreier. (R- California). Though nothing in this copy references their relationship, Hatch and Cook likely knew each other well with Hatch writing at least one review blurbs for Cook's books. Also, as Hatch was a one-time member of the Subcommittee on Health Care, and Cook has testified before Congress on several occasions, their paths almost certainly crossed frequently. A gorgeous collectable copy.
