Charlesworth which is really her maiden name, Mary Elizabeth Charlseworth prior to her marriage to Ballington Booth in 1886). This was also published in 1912 by Putnam with no primacy indicated. Bound in original publisher's greenish/blue cloth with titles stamped in gilt and decorations blind-stamped on front board and spine. Square, tight and clean throughout. Some fairly mild wear to spine ends and tips. A couple of spots on front endpaper and top page edges. Ownership signature and address on front end-paper Attractive clipped dust-jacket has some chipping to spine ends and edges. A couple of short closed tears. Soiling and spotting. Still solid and quite scarce in any condition. A quite handsome collectable copy of a quite uncommon title and almost impossible to find with the jacket. (Hubin p.75).
