Lightly tipped onto the front end-paper is a TLS from the author to Chicago bookseller Bill Newman, dated 1944, discussing a couple of books that Derleth had reviewed. Signed in red ink at the bottom and typed on Derleth's letterhead. Also laid in is the original typed envelope A gorgeous and quite intersting, collectable copy.
