8vo., 277pp. plus one-page ad in the rear for the author's other title. Beautiful First Edition bound in full purple cloth with decoration and titles blind-stamped on front board and spine. Frontis illustration. Square, tight and clean throughout with unfaded cloth and little or no wear save some gentle bumping to spine ends, but quite minor. A few inconspicuous spots on end-papers. Small, neat ownership stamp on front paste-down. Very attractive unclipped dust-jacket, ($2.00), has some fairly minor edge-wear with a couple of tiny nicks and closed tears to top edge. Spine and rear panel lightly soiled. Still quite fresh and bright and uncommon in any condition. A gorgeous collectable copy and quite uncommon in this condition and in dust-jacket. (Hubin, p.306).
