Bound in publisher's green cloth with titles in on paper label on front board. 29 full-page b&w illustrationst. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no toning or foxing. Wear to spine ends and tips with 1" loss to of cloth at the crown. Presentation label pasted on the front paste-down with a signed note from one business to another, presenting the book as a token of partnership. Bookplate on rear paste-down. From the library of noted New Jersey Irish-Ameican author, collector and professor of Irish history and literature, Tom Fox, with his unobtrusive blind-stamp on the flyleaf. Fox was called by Nicholas Basbanes, ",,, a kindred spirit...assembler of an uncommonly distinctive collection of Irish history and literature". A very pretty collectable copy and quite scarce in any condition.
