12mo., 254pp. Beautiful First Edition of the author's scarce only mystery, undated but 1935, Bound in red cloth with titles in black on spine. Publisher's slogan in black on rear board. Square, tight and clean throughout save some mild toning to page edges and light spotting on paste-downs. Fairly minor wear to spine ends, edges and tips. A couple of small stains to spine cloth. Attractive original unclipped, though unpriced, dustjacket, (2/- on spine panel), has a toned spine, small chips and closed tears. Wear to folds and a larger chip at the top of the front fold. Not perfect, but still bright and complete and quite scarce in any condition. A sharp collectable copy and quite uncommon. (Hubin, p.167).
