Gorgeous First Edition. 4to., 171pp. Original cream colored pebbled leather with armorial design on the front board and spine titles stamped in gilt. Numerous tipped in color plates throughout. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear. Equally attractive unclipped wrapper, ($25.00), has some toning on the edges and a tiny closed tear on the front flap. But still bright and fresh with no other wear. Remarkably well preserved especially for a book of this size. About Fine publisher's light grey slipcase has a few ares of toning but no tears or chipping. A simply beautiful collectable copy and uncommon in this high-grade condition.
