Bound in 3/4 maroon leather over marble paper-covered boards. Raised bands with titles and decoration in gilt in spine compartments, t.e.g. Marbled end-papers. Gorgeous full-page illustrations. Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no toning and no spotting. Very minor wear to tips. First signature starting to pull but holding firm. Ownership name neatly written on verso of front end-paper. A sharp collectable copy.
