Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear. A touch of bumping to the heel. Spine gilt starting to fade. Bookseller's ticket, Moss & Kamin, NYC, on rear paste-down. Attractive unclipped dust-jacket, ($2.50), has some rubbing to folds and hinges. Light soiling and a chip to the crown. White reinforcing tape on the reverse which appears to be completely unnecessary. Still solid and quite uncommon in any condition. Signed by the author on the front end-paper.
