Two Volumes 12mo., 289pp. 287pp. Sharp Later Printing, bound in full cream vellum, triple gilt rules and titles and decoration in gilt on front board and spine. Decorated end-papers. All edges gilt. 18 tissue-guarded water-colors including frontis illustrations. Square, tight and clean throughout with just a hint of page edge toning. A touch of wear to spine ends but quite minor. Toning to boards on volume I, particularly to the spine. A couple of pages roughly opened. Remnants of bookplates on both the front and rear end-paper of volume II. A very pleasing collectable set at a great price.
