Slim 4to., 176pp. Sharp Stated First Edition of O'Neill's landmark drama. Bound in 1/4 woven gray cloth over black cloth covered boards with titling in gilt upon a black cloth spine label. Square, tight and clean throughout save some minor off-setting on front end-paper. A hint of edge-wear but very well-preserved. Small, faint spot on front cloth near the crown. Unclipped dust-jacket, ($3.75), has several closed tears with tape reinforcement. Large chips front and rear edges. Folds and hinges worn. Not perfect by any stretch but mostly complete and 100% legible. The jacket condition notwithstanding, a solid collectable copy at a great price.
