12mo., (viii)267pp.. lacking ads in rear. Solid First Edition, bound in publisher's full green cloth with decorations blind-stamped on front and rear boards and titles in gilt on spine. Tissue-guarded frontis and five additional illustrations. Square, tight and clean throughout with no foxing and just a hint of toning. Wear to edges and hinges. Surface rubbing. Spine gilt fading. Wear to spine ends with a 1/4" loss of cloth at the crown. Not perfect but a nice collectable copy and scarce in the marketplace in any condition.
