Square and tight with mild toning to pages. Small scuff on front panel and small stain in the same spot that reaches in a few pages. Some rubbing to hinges and edges. Still fresh and bright with no chipping, creases or tears. Though not marked in any way, this came directly from the library of H. Lawrence Hoffman who illustrated the front cover. His son, David Hoffman, the noted documentary filmmaker, has signed a statement with information about his father, the artist, and attesting that the book was from his library. A copy of this is included. A presentable collectable copy of a very scarce title in any condition with no other copies currently available in the marketplace.
