Full-page illustrations by Thomas McIlvaine and A.W. Schwartz. Square and tight with just a touch of wear to spine ends and tips. A hint of page toning. Bookseller ticket on front paste-down. A couple of small, faint ownership signatures on front end-paper. Clean pages with barely a hint of toning. Remarkably well-preserved. Attractive, incredibly scarce, unclipped, though unpriced dust-jacket, has well toned spine and edges. Chip to the bottom rear panel and the rear flap is detached from the rear panel. Other chips to edges and tips. A couple of small tape repairs on the reverse. Bookseller sticker on the front panel. Some inexplicable crossing out on parts of the rear panel. Not perfect by any stretch but almost impossible to find in any condition. A sharp collectable copy.
