This edition undated on copyright page but 06/97 listed on last page of text. Bound in publisher's illustrated yellow brown cloth with lettering in gilt and black with colorful illustrations on front board and spine. 52 illustrations by Riou. Tight and clean throughout save some off-setting to end-papers. Little or no page toning. A hint of a spine lean but barely. Mild rubbing to spine ends and tips. Gilt fresh and bright.
