Uniformly bound in half tan calf over marbled paper-covered boards. Lettering in gilt upon red and black leather spine labels. All edges marbled. Marbled end-papers. Illustrations by H.K. Browne ("Phiz"), including tissue-guarded frontispiece in each volume.
